7. Make a list of those who I have Impacted negatively.
Take time to make a list of all the people that you have not loved properly. For me it’s almost repetitive. Same problem, dysfunctional relationship, not able to connect in an emotional loving way. So, I have liabilities, people I have impacted negatively. With this list I’m also making a list of people that have impacted me negatively. People I need to understand why they did the things that they did in order to resolve the conflicts within me. So today I make an inventory the people that I’ve struggled with and the people that have struggled with me.
